His global experience has expertly influenced his hands-on approach. A specialist in minimal-intervention winemaking, he is the owner of Holman Cellars in Napa’s Grape Crusher District.

Known for his use of the ancestral method—a method from from the 1500s— to make sparkling wine, Jason has refined this craft through his personal wine label, Uncharted.
